Each visit includes a condition note so your property manager or council has a written record of what was completed and anything needing attention.

Is cleaning done during resident hours?
Where the work is quiet, yes. Louder tasks such as parkade sweeping or stairwell machine work are scheduled during lower-traffic windows.
