How much does house cleaning cost in Abbotsford, Chilliwack or Mission?

Why is a deep clean more expensive than a regular clean?
A deep clean takes roughly twice as long and covers areas routine cleaning does not reach, such as baseboards, grout, appliance interiors, vents and behind furniture. The higher price reflects the additional labour, not a different hourly rate.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
Residential work is quoted per visit as a fixed price, so you know the cost before we start. Commercial and industrial work is quoted as a fixed hourly rate or a monthly contract depending on scope.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your written quote is the price. The only additions are requested extras such as inside-oven detailing on a standard clean, appliance add-ons, or travel beyond our standard service area — and those are always confirmed with you first.
How do I pay, and do you require a deposit?
We accept e-transfer, credit card and pre-authorized monthly billing for contracts. Recurring residential clients are billed after each visit; commercial accounts are invoiced with net-14 terms. No deposit is required for standard residential service.
Do you offer discounts for recurring service?
Yes. Weekly visits carry the largest discount, followed by bi-weekly, then monthly. Recurring rates are lower per visit because the home stays at an easier maintenance level between appointments.
