Move-out cleaning is judged against a checklist, so we clean to one. Cupboards inside and out, appliances inside and out, closets, baseboards, window tracks, blinds and every floor surface are all covered before your final walkthrough.
If you are moving in, we can clean before your belongings arrive so you are unpacking into a genuinely fresh space rather than someone else’s dust.

Can you clean after the furniture is gone?
Yes — an empty home is the ideal condition for a move-out clean. We recommend booking for after the movers have finished loading.
Do you provide photos of the completed clean?
We can, on request. Timestamped before-and-after photos are a strong addition to a move-out package or deposit dispute.
How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?
Three to five days is comfortable, though we often accommodate next-day requests in Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission.
